5 Axis Milling Centres

We offer milling solutions ranging from simple components through to highly complex assemblies. Using the latest 5 axis simultaneous milling centres from DMG Mori, we can reliably achieve tolerances of +/- 3 Microns.

Multi Axis Lathes

We offer Mill/Turn manufacturing solutions using the latest Doosan machine tools. Our capabilities range from complex low volume components through to high volume bar fed production. We work in all aerospace grades of material, achieving + /- 3microns

Rapid Prototyping

With our inhouse 3D printers and our skilled model makers, we offer rapid prototyping and commercial model making solutions. Using the latest stereolithography technology we achieve 25 micron accuracy, across a wide range of materials

Inspection

We operate a AS9100 approved, temperature-controlled inspection facility. Using state of the art inspection equipment, including computer controlled measuring machines equipped with Renishaw probing sytems

CAD / CAM

Our Cad / Cam suites use the latest Version of Soildworks Integrated with Multi Axis CAM software. Our team of trained engineers are ready to offer manufacture and design consultation.

Assembly

From assembly of wire inserts through to complex multi stage operations, our skilled team of engineers are able to provided comprehensive inhouse solutions
